Returns & Exchanges

At J. Wellington Art Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality, original artworks and prints. Because each piece is custom-made or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final except for apparel size exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or exchange.

Apparel Exchanges (Size Issues)

If your apparel item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To request an exchange, email us at John@JWellingtonArt.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The size you need instead
  • A photo of the item (to confirm condition)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at John@JWellingtonArt.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original Artwork & Commissioned Pieces: Due to the nature of custom artwork, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
  • Prints: Final sale unless defective or damaged.
  • Gift Cards & Digital Products: Non-refundable.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Original Commissions: Once commissioned work has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Prints & Apparel: Orders can only be modified within 24 hours of purchase.
